Reconstruction & installation of St Cuthbert’s Church apex naive cross in Great Glen, Leicestershire.

The original cross degraded and fell off the Church’s apex. The fragments were gathered by the church warden and supplied to Underwood & Weston, who set about creating a exact matched template.

Once the template had been constructed the new cross was made carved using Hartham Park limestone to exact dimensions & reinstalled on the Church’s roof apex, completing the building’s decretive features.
